environment for short holidays. Your host Barry Hoskins assures you of his full attention to
your needs, so that your stay will be memorable and relaxing. Barry lives on site in a separate residence. Undercover parking is available for guests. For late checkins, we can offer a wide range of hot or cold snacks served in your room till 8.30pm. Next morning, revel in our continental breakfasts indoors or outdoors whichever is your preference. We can also supply picnic baskets for your sightseeing adventures on request, and organise your restaurant bookings.
Surrounding Peppertree Cottage, the gardens are prolific and splendid and include the beautiful Montville rose.

We can host and cater for your small wedding reception and special events - functions, birthdays, garden parties, Christmas celebrations - in our extensive gardens. A marquee can be organised for your guests or our verandahs are available for shelter.
Peppertree Cottage is located at Flaxton, 4.5 k north of Montville on the Blackall Range, and about 100k from Brisbane.
The area is renowned for its fine food, arts and crafts and magnificent scenery.
